Had never heard of such a concept until recently...no f'n way
My parent's neighborhood was built for single story houses with no basements and then the builder started adding basements on some lots and using that idea. Sorry, if gravity isn't getting the crap out of the house, NOPE! When I stay over there, I will shower and #1 in the basement, but if I have to #2..I go upstairs.
