1. I first read this from someone on this board. When you get to overtime, each team takes a player off the field every 5 minutes. Eventually, there so much space, someone will score (and yes, it's golden goal). 2. Seen on an Instagram post and I kinda liked it. After 90, you do penalty kicks right away, BUT....whoever wins the PK shootout doesn't WIN. Instead, they get 1/2 of a goal. THEN you play the full 30 minutes of OT. That forces the team that's down by .5 to try and make something happen, and you don't get what can be the most boring 30 minutes you've ever seen as each team is too afraid to attack and willing to take a chance on PKs.
