Yep, that's why I'm filling in both together

The fescue stays nice and green 9 months out of the year and the bermuda is thick and lush in the dog days of summer. About 1/2 way there. The remaining 1/2 is either all fescue or all bermuda. Will get another chunk of the bermuda overseeded this fall and the fescue filled in with bermuda in the spring.

Replaced our fescue with zoysia last summer. Great decision.

I’ve had St.Augustine for 30 years in VaBeach & never water or fertilize.
