I've gotten several tickets. Fortunately they've been far enough apart

Twice I went to court and they sent me to VASAP (driving class) with the condition that 3 years (I think) after completion if I did not get another infraction it would be removed from my record. I've never asked or requested anything but the judge has usually taken into account my driving record. Only one of my 4 speeding tickets were just simply paying the fine. Two I was ordered driving class, and the other was dismissed when the officer didn't show up for court.

Depends on how many points you have. If this is the first in 3 years, it
