My wife has spent some time as a vet tech and is licensed so she's

seen her fair share of vets. I'm completely unsurprised that your Daughter-in-law is oblivious to the golden rule. From all the stories my wife tells me, vets are almost universally bad at business and their practical knowledge can be limited. Is it really a big deal? No. Is it indicative of a lot of the vets my wife deals with...it seems that way.
