Really is amazing. I still take my time dialing in the temp with the vents before turning on the fan….but long gone are the days of having to get up during the night to make tiny adjustments. Have done a 14 hour cook without ever having to touch a thing….aside from wrapping in foil or butcher,s paper around the stall
