that goes with it. It is the best bbq thermometer I have tried and is really functional. I used a bbq guru for a number of years and liked it but this one seems more solid. the fan is definitely more powerful which helps bringing the smoker up to temp and then pulses to maintain your temp right on the money. There is a damper sold separately for the fan and I recommend you get it to help dial in your temps. I also picked up the straight temperature probes because the curved ends wouldn't fit through the port plugs in my kamado.
