Zion is one of my family's favorites and we have been several times. You
will want to check if you need a permit to do the Narrows, but that is a must do. It's a beautiful walk through the slot part of the canyon with the Virgin river running through. Angel's Landing definitely requires a permit now, it's a pretty strenuous hike with amazing views and heights. Bryce Canyon is really cool as well, we did the horseback ride there and really enjoyed our time.

Virgin River Gorge on I-15 where NV, AZ and UT converge is very impressive.
