Yep, and prices continue to go up. I do most of our family's grocery....

shopping and every month for about the past 2 years something (deli, fruit, bread, chips, etc.) continues to rise much higher than it was before as inflation continues to rear its ugly head. Locally, I've heard that many of the free food pantries are at all time highs in terms of people and families served and the pantries are struggling to keep up with demand. Not sure when and/or what will cause food inflation to level off. And, what's even crazier, granted only one personal anecdote, my uncle is a dairy farmer and they are struggling to make ends meet. Milk prices for the farmers are extremely low. He even recently had 1/2 month of work where he made zero dollars because the cost for the milk truck to gather, transport and process his milk was higher than the price his milk was worth.
