That's our dilemma; we moved to N GA 4 years ago from CO, it's OK but ...

.... there is something about the deep south that's, I don't know, a weird mix of entitled and ignorant? And people are not actually all that nice. Plus traffic. So we have discussed where we might go in what could be our final move. And we have no idea. Not West, nowhere with snow/ice, not Texas, not Florida. That leaves the Southeast. Where we already are. Always wanted a beach house, but given storms/insurance/high prices, that's unlikely. I was born in SW Va, weird if we go that way (SO is from the Midwest). Maybe find a more rural town in the Deep South?
