College Gameday wasn't kind about VT. Fans, yes. Program, no.
The ONLY way to become relevant again is WINNING. Not 6 to 7 games, but 9+ games a year. Hopefully it starts tonight. Fans, donors, etc. are finally fed up with losing. VT can't lose this game tonight. It's all on the line in my opinion.

Nor should they be….
The football side of things has been a clown 🤡 show for over a decade. A DECADE of incompetence should be met with derision, not acclamation. Yup.

Whit has presided over a massive deterioration in the football program.
VT fans really need to rise up and bring signs about whit to games, blast it on the call in shows. Someone needs to force change in the AD. SEC/B10 fans would be renting billboards, flying planes with banners-writing messages in the clouds, etc.

It's VT's attitude towards athletics. Whit and Pry are just symptoms.

They'd also threaten to withhold their money which doesnt appear to be
happening with the high rollers @ VT. Case study: how UNC fans got rid of Fedora. I know given their current situation where the donors hired the current HC they aren't the best example but the funding partially dried up until Fedora was gone. You run the risk people won't come back if they try that strategy but we're already running that risk with the status quo.
