With ACC new revenue sharing, which is based on TV ratings (up to 70 percent of the total ACC revenue), allocation will be based on TV ratings on what platform. You can guarantee Bill's prescence will guarantee many national games or with MAJOR network prime time games just because of Bill . Therefore, in ACC scenario, a 8-3 Team which limited viewers will get less than UNC, even with a 5-7 program.

Maybe if they win people keep watching, but not like UNC football had great views to begin with
