I hope Weather Channel app is correct and Accuweather is off on the wind
Forecast
Both predicting 29 degrees but accuweather says windchills about 14 due to 15mph winds & some gusts
Weather channel says “light and variable” winds with real feel of 24
Either way it’ll be a chilly one

No matter what their forecast is for Blacksburg, add 10-15mph to it.
