I’d like Miami to go independent in football

FSU gets into SEC before Miami, can see the SEC not wanting another Florida school. I’d really like for VT, Clemson, NCST, and FSU to go SEC and agree to play Miami annually for indefinite. Add UF and maybe UCF and that’s already have a schedule made. Only works if ND doesn’t join B1G so the independent model exists. Maybe even get non-fb teams into SEC in an anti-ND deal, instead of Nd’s deal to get them in the ACC, this would be an agreement to keep Miami out. Miami brings good baseball and other sports to SEC, cuts down on Miami travel to the far north. Extra: if ND stays independent, they should also play Miami annually ** Edited by sandmanfan06 at 7/8/2022, 8:08:44 PM
