Have you all seen the ACCs explanation on call?

First off, you don’t review something that long and it’s indisputable (as I’m sure has been mentioned). Can someone confirm that if a UM player touches the ball while out of bounds (even though controlled by VT), the play is dead? It was all about kissing UMs Axx and trying to get them into the playoffs. What a joke!
