I'd be surprised if he doesn't get drafted. It's just a matter of when....

I certainly realize the red flags but as far as QB prospects go, it sounds like he would have ranked after Mendoza but before Ty Simpson according a concensus of experts had Sorsby been in the 2026 rookie draft. It only takes 1 of 32 teams to draft him and I suspect a half dozen or more will take some later round fliers, and someone may want to win the sweepstakes by moving as high up as the 3rd maybe? That I don't really know but I'd be shocked if he slips to UDFA based on a grand total of 3 articles I've read today.
