UDFA because no team is going to waste a draft pick on him even a late

round because there are too many red flags. Plus, if a team "drafts" a player, then the odds of him making the roster goes up significantly because the team is more invested financially in the player because of how it impacts the player's rookie contract. If the NFL bans him during his rookie contract, then it may be enough to void the contract. However, the team may still owe him something because of where the decision falls within the NFL's calendar year.
