Might depend on school. Clemson, for example, does not allow any athletes

To wear school logos when being paid for NIL.

Among the interesting facets of Clemson's own NIL policy: Athletes can't use Clemson's facilities or uniforms for their NIL activity, and they can't use the school's intellectual property (logos, designs, photos, etc.)

Texas A&M doesn’t allow the athletes to use school insignia either.
Not sure if each school makes those decisions on their own or not.

Also, believe that athletes cannot do NIL deals that involve alcohol, smoking, banned substances, etc.
