NIL ‘rules’ question…
I understand there really aren’t any rules, but does anyone know if the players are allowed to appear in uniform or wearing school gear for their NIL ‘work’?
I tend to think they are not, but don’t know for sure. Take the K-State hoops transfer to Miami: without his Miami gear, he is likely not recognizable. What marketing appeal could he possibly have? If he’s not wearing Miami gear, it would seem his marketing value is nil. If that’s the scenario, it’s even more blatantly obvious that the dollars are just bribes to get players to where wealthy boosters want them.

Might depend on school. Clemson, for example, does not allow any athletes
