Bud would know what to look for when watching film.
Both Bayshul Tuten and Marcellous Hawkins were UNRATED coming out of high school so we know the rankings are inaccurate since it's not possible to evaluate every recruit AND there are some late bloomers. Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza and Georgia QB Stetson Bennett were both 247 Sports Composite two star QB's.
