Bring Back Big TEN, Pac-10, SEC (10), SWC, Big 8, Smaller ACC-9, Big East

Make the Big East with the old eastern independents starting with Penn State. Would love VT being in a conference with PSU, Miami and West Virginia. Would be awesome. Round Robin play required. No conference title games.
