NFL position coaches are completely different experience level than many in the college ranks HOWEVER 1 Tapp mentioned many times his career job is to be a legacy NFL position coach (he is, and on a hot team). 2. NFL position coaches get top money and huge NFL benefits and probably more security than college without recruiting. Why jump back....(and lose that cue in the NFL so many coaches compete for.
