GM first unless a combo type deal

And the coach reports to him and then to board. Take AD out of it. We need someone focused on the PROGRAM and not just their next coaching job. Keeps objectivity and accountability a little more front and center. Yes, GM could fall into the same mode of "next job" but to keep doing it the way it's always been done is the very definition of the "i" word. A GM may actually expand a pool of coaching candidates because shows we are serious about the PROGRAM and takes a lot of that "stuff" off coaches who actually like to coach.
