I disagree with UCLA being a better job

The extreme dysfunction of that administration and atheletic dept should put it near the bottom. You can't have a sentence like that and then put VT at #4 saying "the program can tout the athletics department’s renewed financial commitment". One repels coaches, the other attracts them I'm fine with Penn State being #1 and Arkansas #2 since its SEC
