Appears as if CMY's policy of letting student media talk first is sticking:
Student media spoke first once again after the St. Joe's win. Interestingly, the first four who asked questions are all members of 3304 Sports -- shoutout Bill Roth and Evan Hughes! (Five of first six, if you count David, a 3304 alum!)

Giovanni Heater, Carter Hill, Kyle Marchak, Kevin DiDomenico, Bailey Angle, Evan Hughes, etc., etc. The ones we've got in the pipeline are coming along really strongly too. Some of them: Landon Weaver, Braden Schenck, Cody Wagner, Robbie Ackerly and Robert Bateman (who was on the 2026 Jim Nantz Award watchlist).

I get annoyed when reporters ask questions in a leading manner to elicit the answer they want.
"How impressed were you with so and so's defense?" vs "Assess how so and so played defense tonight". The latter is way more likely to get a quality answer.

And they likely already have the core pieces of their article written. So any questions are just to get quotes that expand on their story.
It’s a different mindset compared to open ended questions that could lead to unexpected answers.
