Pasha Johnson Avdalas Hansberry/Lawal Dorn You could go either way at the 4 spot and have some advantages/disadvantages. I wouldn't be surprised to see MY trot out Avdalas as a PG at times either. So Avdalas, Schutt, Johnson, Lawal and Dorn would be an interesting look for opponents. Emptying out a side for Avdalas/Lawal is going to be fun for VT and a nightmare for opponents. The fourth wing on the roster, Jailen Bedford, is a career 12ppg scorer...its a good time to be a VT basketball fan

Hopefully, the games of having one person pounding the dribble, winding down shot clock, making it essentially a 10 second shot clock are over. We should be able to have at least 2 players on the court that can create off of the dribble, 1 or 2 that can free themselves and knock down open shots, 1 or 2 that can screen, move the ball, and bang the boards. You can't play with 6 players, so the most versatile players should get the most playing time. Also, those that struggle on defense will struggle to get on the court. It should be fun to see the chess moves Coach Young makes. I don't expect a fine-tuned machine until after Christmas.
