Neither mounting losses nor declining revenue seems to motivate them

Taken to its logical (albeit exaggerated) conclusion, VT football and basketball will eventually lose every game in front of zero fans and produce a revenue of zero dollars. Even then, I’m not sure they’d care. They just don’t seem to get it.
