There are still rules and a lot of them...

There are actually a lot of rules around NIL, they're just not being enforced. But many of the same rules are still in place around when you can contact recruits, what can go on during visits and a host of other things. It is important to note that most of the things Buzz did to cheat at VT are still very much illegal now. You can't take tests for players. You can't give jobs to family members. You can't contact recruits and their family members during no-contact periods.
