To be fair, VTs lawyers are perfectly adequate here

This is more about aligning previously settled case law than anything groundbreaking. Unfortunately, very similar instances thay have recently gone through the courts were not settled in the athletes' favor, albeit a different state. Im not sure VA sees it differently, or that Bedford is a big enough of a name to get a judge to have some bias. I think VT should hold a roster spot and not much more than that when planning for next season. He would be a welcome addition that shouldn't be planned on being around
