Yep, a system like Young's is no longer an asset.
In the NIL world, having a "system" which is simple, yet adaptable to varying types of pieces is the ticket. You simply don't have 2 or 3 years to mold someone to system anymore. No more Boeheim's or Bobby Knight's or Tony Bennett's...or unfortunately Mike Young's...need apply.
