The one thing that keeps popping up is lack of communication. To be honest, we get ten times the info from you we get from Whit and the AthDept. From my viewpoint, Whit seems to suffer from avoidance of any type of substantive action. He doesn't have to make the presentation, the CFO could do it, but in all likelihood, he'd just give it to Wurthman. Having met with Wurthman previously on similar matters, he isn't up to the task. The last time there was a controversial matter that had to be addressed publicly, he sent TILI Lansden and his Town Hall meetings.. And, we're all aware of how well that went. The AthDept just keeps compounding its problems. Is Whit aware of what a precarious position he keeps putting himself in (I know you can't and won't answer these questions)? To me, this is the most telling sentence in your post: "We may need some NEW FOLKS to help devise a real strategy." In poker, that would be a "tell."
