Again, it's an issue every program in the country has to deal with,

however I the perpetual revolving door since CMY arrived is cause for concern IMO. I'm not saying this is a Justin Fuente situation in the sense of "why" player retention is an issue, but I am suggesting that it's an issue. I agree with your sentiment regarding the fact that no one knows who will stay, who will leave, and who will actually develop - that is all part of the coaching grind. But CMY has a terribly rigid system that requires a certain amount of tenure for most players who commit to VT, so rebuilding a roster every offseason doesn't seem to be the best strategy for said system. My post, whether clear or not, is related to CMY's ability to adjust to this reality. So far he hasn't.
