They have an AD that knows what they are doing.

They also have a basketball crazy state with basketball crazy fans. If you hire the right people and invest money in them good things can happen. The fans in the state of Kentucky demand excellence when it comes to basketball. Having said that thrilled to see Duke send UNC and Louisville home in consecutive nights to win the ACC tourney.
