well in basketball, development is frankly out

you get total roster changeover every year and its basically NBA style, no style of system and in one year most leave to go somewhere else. Basketball program has to think this way, yes be engaged with the Triumph experts on valuation of players existing and projected, see what NIL offers you can and also have hard discussions with existing team members, if its not right suggest moving on. Calaparri and Kentucky and most of the SEC and Big 12 have figured this out.
