Have long mentioned Mike Rhoades as someone I'd like VT to hire...

He comes from the Shaka Smart line but he's been able to put his own spin on it with some success He has VA roots and doesn't need the high ranked kids to be successful. Also does an incredible job of identifying overlooked talent
