Drilling into something you may or may not know, GC ....

How good of a job do you think Mike Young does of setting expectations with his players for their development? If young people are struggling with something, they can quickly get discouraged. Do you think he does a good job on an individual level of stressing to his players that it's a process, with a good payoff at the end, and that their struggles to grasp things right now will get better as time goes on? Or does he just bark at them in practice until they do the right thing, and they struggle to see the process and the end game? Touchy-feely question, for sure.
