Does coach's tenure hinge on the rest of this regional?

trouble due to this regional - in fact, if we had an AD he could get an extension...but I think the new AD will see what the team looks like in 2027 before deciding anything...

We dont have an AD so no one is getting fired. If we have a new ad by the beginning of the school year, I would say many coaches need to be looking over their shoulders if they dont do well next season.

over 1-3 years historically, a new AD that is hired going into the next school year is likely to let it ride. But if a Spring sport has just been bad the last couple of years, maybe...
