Hyperbolic & too reactionary during games of course, but I know what I see.
Fact is, there are lots of Tech fans who don’t like to hear the negatives of what I say if it’s about a Hokie player or program’s performance but if we were analyzing a rival many would agree with me. Few people can understand you can love a player and support a player but still give critiques of their weaknesses. Honestly that’s the way I was coached and I still love and revere my former coaches even though they were very critical at times, they just wanted to win just like me.
I definitely couldn’t coach now…people are too mentally soft and sensitive
