From what I've gathered from ath dept. folks...
There's a drastic difference in treatment for the broadcast unit at VT compared to everyone else. It seems to stem from the leader of their external department, not Whit. It's not the first time something like this has happened, just usually other sports (lacrosse, vb, soccer).
I went to one of those games last season and everyone else seemed to be doing their job.
