with McCann starting against righties and Cooke against lefties. McCann really came on offensively at the end of the year. Defensively behind the plate he played only sparingly. He was 0-3 in throwing baserunners out attempting to steal so not a large sample size. Cooke, on the other hand, only threw out 16% (8-49)of baserunners attempting to steal. That figure needs to improve.
