NAW wins NBA Most Improved Player!!!

He's gone from journeyman to leading my Hawks!!! Beat them Knicks!!!! Very glad to have him on the team. Honestly, did not expect much from at first, then turns out he is a major reason they traded away Trae Young. (another reason was Young can't play D worth squat)

Go Dawgs! I think Indiana is gonna win big

I don't know much about TT really and hard to tell with that conference now, but the Ducks are really good. With OSU out, I could see any one of these teams, cept maybe Ole Miss, winning it all.

Never liked OSu..most hated team..just old enough to remember the Woody

Hayes punch against Clemson...I watched that game. BTW ..I worked a contract in Columbus some years ago and drove around the campus...ugly!

Impressive first drive for JMU but their D

Can't hang with the Ducks. ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/20/2025, 8:36:02 PM

yup the damage can be more than just teeth ..I recall

seeing pictures of football-related mouth injuries that they posted up in the training room when I played football, as a deterrent to not wearin' mouth pieces. man, it was ugly. Gotta keep in mind damage to other parts of the mouth, like the gums.

I've heard the basically did away with it at some point after the SMU thing

..it just destroyed SMU for ages. It's basically irrelevant now anyway ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/11/2025, 7:24:49 PM ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/11/2025, 7:25:53 PM

Notre Dame AD rips ACCC..espn

I find it funny that he is blaming ACC when you consider that if they were IN the ACC ND would have won it and been in. Would ACC gain anything by ND being in the playoffs? ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/8/2025, 3:56:33 PM ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/8/2025, 3:57:38 PM

Seems like that would be losing out on quite a bit of cash but then I guess

that is not a big worry. Bowls are dead. Now that I think of it, I don't think I watched any bowl games last year - outside the cfp

I think you may be right...

IMO Bama deserves a spot..they have the body of work. I just wonder if there will be any surprises. I don't consider the Miami, ND, and Bama carousel as any surprise. We just know one won't get in. Otherwise, I don't think there is much room for surprise here, except a long-shot case for Duke.

ESPN CFP predictions

Several analysts give their projections. Almost, if not all I believe, have Tulane AND JMU in the playoffs. The key question surrounds Notre Lame, Bama, and Miami. One of those 3 ain't gonna make it, and there seems to be no consensus on that. I think Notre Dame is in regardless, so imo, it is down to Bama and Miami. I lean toward Miami myself as I don't think they will leave the ACC out....but, conversely, maybe some want to send a message...who knows. ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 11:11:42 AM ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 11:13:44 AM

technically Pry is a top notch coordinator

Some seem to have their blinders on ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 10:22:18 AM ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 11:05:49 AM ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 11:06:04 AM

BTW yall..i read recently that another school just hired a former HC as

coordinator..I forgot coordinator..I forget who that was at the moment ** Edited by fnhokie at 12/7/2025, 9:53:29 AM

I don't believe "avoiding buyout" factors in at all...if Pry is hired that

might be some negotiation as to current pay structure, but Pry is gonna get paid the buyout regardless
