He's been there, done that at a high level.
He has rapport with that element- doesn't mean he'll be successful b/c Jerry will be a factor but it also means he won't be a failure.

I reject your premise but
the rest is facts. UVa fans not showing up is not changing their football program. We will at some point get a HC with experience. Spending time in the desert is part of the process.
