I rarely know who they are until after VT signs them. Then I dig in pretty hard. Doing it this way keeps me from being upset if they sign somewhere else. Occasionally, there is a kid who I know (Bassett) while we are still in the hunt because of world team exposure etc. But I honestly try not to know.
