I know this is a bit hyperbolic but the competition date is the date. USA Wrestling wants the best team as well as protects medalists, and I understand the importance of sending our best, but If you aren't available, you aren't available. The World Championship dates won't be moved. I would feel the same if the roles were reversed albeit I admit I'm more interested since it is against Bo. As far as the Trent, Macc situation that was agreed upon by both and I believe USA Wrestling gave them the wrong date a year in advance and both agreed on the change with Trent's wedding and both attending. Planning training, scheduling, peaking and fairness need to play more of a part. Bo could be a world member in 3 divisions, this could effect other prep and championships. Agree with HokieToph.
