The RT used in the tiebreaker is based on the action in the 2nd & 3rd
periods of the "overtime" tho...not from any RT established in the first 3 regulation periods.
So the RT does not carry over vis a vis the way I think was asked in the OP.
It's a hard thing to write/explain to newbies, separating the 2....
