Well fact of the matter, other schools have figured out how to recruit high
end talent (which CHS was notorious for) without breaking the rules and/or getting caught. These schools need massive fundraising programs with a lot of parent engagement in order to have success at the national level. Hopefully HB can develop that to help his program.
