Such an unusual style to prep for and I think that will work to his advantage when facing new competition at the NCAAs. Sam had a rough match but Cedeno was sharp and deserved it. Sam has to wrestle from neutral with urgency from the get go if he's going to repeat AA. Mullen was not at the top of his game last night. I credit him for being on the attack, but he's got to be more surgical and selective at setting up and getting to his shots. Pitzer never tried to set up anything but wrestled a smart match. And it was a horrible decision to not take bottom in the 3rd. Due to a 50+ sec advantage in RT, he had nearly the whole period to get out. He was lucky the ref awarded a stall point. Those are our AA contenders. 125-157 we are a top 3 team. Tanelli has been a huge addition for our development at the lower weights. I'm a little disappointed in the development of our upper weights. Need to see more there, IMO. Fantastic final. Probably the best ACC final I've seen.
