Not sure how they review and not call the head gear pull.
One moment his head gear is normal, his head gets snapped down, and all of a sudden 1 strap is un attached . Wonder what caused that ?
Not only did they not call it, that’s when they called him for stalling as he circled back in .
The 1st stall call was a round 18 seconds left (on the broad cast clock- which was jacked up). You can see the ref point toward him and the announcers ask if that’s the 2nd stall call. They hit him twice in 10 seconds. 2

The refs were very bad overall on their calls, and I don't think it was
