At some point, the refs need to call these riders out. If they aren't initiating offense on their feet, hit them with stalling. Fillippi should have at least been called twice for his lack of offense on his feet. He kept grabbing fingers and looking for tieups to stop the action. He never took a shot ... not once. Very poorly reffed in my opinion.
