Lovett is a monster on top and he cut him to have more time for a TD
Most people don't go underneath Lovett. Caleb is also very good on top but he thought he had a better chance of getting a TD than a rideout. He was in on his legs a few times and had momentum so it made sense IMO just didn't work out.
